Make sure you have the latest Flash plugin installed, which is 10.1 (10.1.53.64). You can check your installed version by going to Adobes website: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ or click into the chat window with your right mouseclick and click on about Adobe Flash Player 10.
If your version is below 10.1 you will experience browser crashes. Uninstall your current version and install the latest plugin. For IE users note, that the Active-X install might appear to be successful but installing a wrong lower version. When you are accessing the chat and get prompted to install the latest flash plugin again, your installation has failed. For a clean and successful installation you should first uninstall Flash and then install the plugin. To uninstall any previous version go to http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html?promoid=DTEGO and then install the plugin directly: http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_ax.exe
