I hated Winamp and found AIMP2. Great Music Player. Much better than Winamp. Can be installed as portable version. Check it out, its free.
GOM Player is my favourite. Maybe you like it too. Plays almost anything. Skinnable and stuff.

Can´t say anything about it though. Never tried it but seems to have cool functions. If you have to stop watching a movie next time you open the file, it will remember all settings and start where you have left. Sounds nice. ;) +++ FREE +++ FREE +++ FREE +++
